Seeds
Are all your seeds organic?
Yes. However, here in Canada, non-edible flower varieties can not be certified organic, they are outside the scope of the Canadian Organic Regime. Those flowers are grown following the same organic practices as all our other crops - only instead of "certified organic" our packaging says "organically grown". It's a technicality.
Are all your seeds open pollinated?
Yes.
What is an heirloom?
Typically, an heirloom is a variety that has been around for more than 60 years.
Where to find our seeds
Do you have a print catalog?
No, but we ship throughout Canada for $5.
Do you have a farm store?
No. But you can place an order online and pick it up at the farm.
Where do you have seed racks?
In the Ottawa/Gatineau area (Ontario and Quebec). Specifically:

Shipping
How does shipping work and how much does it cost?
There are two flat-rate shipping options, both with Canada Post.
Lettermail costs $5 and generally takes 2-5 business days from the time shipped. It is a very reliable and affordable service. It is not possible to track or change the destination once shipped.
The expedited option costs $23 and generally takes 2-3 business days from the moment shipped. Tracking is possible with this option.
We use padded recyclable enveloppes for all shipments.
Can I pick up my order at the farm?
Yes, just choose the pickup option at checkout.
I made a mistake in the shipping address and never got my seeds.
If you made a mistake to your shipping address, let us know as soon as possible! If your order hasn't yet shipped, we will modify your order. If your order has shipped and is returned to us by Canada Post, we will gladly re-route the seeds to the correct address. If the seeds are not returned to us, we cannot re-send you the seeds free of charge or reimburse you.
Orders
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We fulfill orders once or twice a week, so your order might be fulfilled the same day or up to five business days later.
Can I add to my order?
Yes. If you haven't yet received a shipping notification and you want to add to it, what you can do is place a second order, then email us to ask the the orders be combined and that you be reimbursed shipping on one of the orders.
